The main discovery was with interim financial indicators to use an evaluation from the performance of the enterprise. How to see the right focus in generating profitable sales growth through a set of distribution and marketing metrics. Now everything has developed into the big picture.
Profit planning is not from past performance indicators (sales, product portfolio, distribution, marketing), but from improving the positive experience of the buyer’s interaction with the product and what additional margin we can get from this.
It was interesting to disassemble the European business cases of other companies and try their management system. It was important to learn and have a different approach than ours! I saw how many significant things can be appreciated with a fairly simple approach!
After analysing the proposed distribution metrics, I saw that we have a redundant structure. Moreover, I saw how the excess structure does not focus correctly on the profit growth. Now it became clear why, with sales growth, profit does not grow. It is clear where the money is “eaten” and where the locks are.
I saw that from a small number of data you can get a lot of useful information, learn to read them correctly. It is very interesting that you can plan investments and plan their return in the form of a process. Marketing must be profitable.
I will not recommend it to partners, as the information received during the consulting program is a secret strategic weapon :-). In general, the program inspires hope for a brighter future, designed in metrics.

What is the purpose of the program?
According to statistics, only 1 out of 12 companies over a ten-year period is moving from an average status to a better one. The transition is due to the introduction of a technological business approach and doing research around the breakthrough business strategies. The goal of the 10-week advanced management consulting program is to create the basis of a “tipping point”, in order to move from an average status to a better indicator in the medium term.
What will I get as a result?
A number of companies noted an increase when it comes to the EBIT (profit before interest and taxes), showing to be 5 times more from the amount of investment in a consulting program for the first 3 months. This is an exception to the rule, since the effect should be expected in the medium term within 1-2 years. A focus on short-term improvement does not allow the company to create a “tipping point”.

How it works?
